Thanks for sharing these pictures Roger, he's grown a lot and only after seeing these pictures I can define "a lot" as far as his growth..
Both Goku's parents have big, deep chests so give it some more time and he will look yet more impressive.

I really like this one

He looks bigger every morning. lol    He is such a good pup, Dani, I think he will do very well.   I have been remiss about socializing my dogs, but this one is going to start going everywhere with me.   Collin starts swimming lessons next month, so for 4 days a week I will take Goku to the park waiting for Collin's lessons to be over.   He needs to be around people, not fawned over, just to see that there are all kinds of people around.   I do not think I will do the first bite training for 8 months or so.

Even my wife loves this pup, and she was really getting tired of dogs.

that's a pretty long time to wait... but I would also prefer to wait a bit longer, as opposed to start too early

I think with most herders they need to be baby-stepped from the start to get them working well, but I think with his genetics that the socialization is more important now so that he doesn't look at everyone as the enemy, which would make him another Drago and hard to live with.    As Bob said yesterday, we could work this dog right now, but he just hasn't seen enough people, and if we work him the way we work dogs he will look at everyone as someone that needs to be bitten.   Goku will always be somewhat suspicious of people and ready to defend...it is his nature I think; I want to be able to take him everywhere with me if I can.   Calm but ready.

Well that IS the very purpose of (correctly done) socialization. One is supposed to be able to take the dog anywhere, anytime. Also one needs to know for sure, control over the dog is not a problem. I too believe Goku will be the suspicious type and yes, good socialization is (always) good.
I am doing the same with Remus, who seems to go in "prey" anytime he sees someone carrying a stick of any sort. He looks like he's up for a fight in an instant and boy, I need to be "on stand by" as he is pretty powerful. So yeah, I am taking him to many places just so that he could learn to be "normal".

Pai, asta e si scopul socializarii (corect facute).

...not looking to generate anger, pain or any of those.. but I was just trying to imagine, earlier when I saw the pictures of Goku, what young / late Dino would have looked like at this point in time.. with those huge front legs..  Life is life and ..  life keeps moving, so one could only imagine things. Even the power to imagine things is good, still brings along a smile from time to time.
