I think with most herders they need to be baby-stepped from the start to get them working well, but I think with his genetics that the socialization is more important now so that he doesn't look at everyone as the enemy, which would make him another Drago and hard to live with. As Bob said yesterday, we could work this dog right now, but he just hasn't seen enough people, and if we work him the way we work dogs he will look at everyone as someone that needs to be bitten. Goku will always be somewhat suspicious of people and ready to defend...it is his nature I think; I want to be able to take him everywhere with me if I can. Calm but ready.
cred ca trebuie parcursi pasi mici cu cainii ciobanesti, de regula, de la bun inceput pana la punctul in care sunt buni lucratori, dar tinand cont de bagajul lui genetic, cred ca acum socializarea este importanta asa incat sa nu ii vada pe toti ca fiind potentiali dusmani, asa cum e Drago, cu care e mai greu de trait. Cum spunea si Bob ieri, am putea incepe antrenamentul chiar acum, dar deocamdata inca nu a vazut suficient de multi oameni, iar daca incepem sa-l lucram asa cum facem cu majoritatea cainilor, ar putea sa inceapa sa-i vada pe cei din jur ca persoane care trebuie muscate. Goku va avea intotdeauna o doza de suspiciune si va fi in garda... cred ca ii sta in fire; as vrea sa il pot lua cu mine oriunde merg. Calm dar pregatit.
