100kg ye that would would be close to Mike Tyson who i think was 110kg at 178cm in height..
Like you said we better leave this topic for Bria, or she might pin point our shoulder blade, as we turn our 'back' on her from fear...

Well its a bit of both, where we need to workout (tear and break dowm muscle) and provide protein (post workout) in the first 20 minutes where by the amino acids help repair and aid recovery faster..
But if you have been training for a while and have muscle memory, you can do a total body workout once a week.. As long as 150grams of protein is consumed, that is if you weigh 90 kg like us guys do.. ;)

Dani in the footage with Ben, you have a phisique of a gymnist.. Like those you see in the Olympics..!

hey man.. you never know.. we'll see how it goes, but in the coming years yes, we should throw a week of dogs, movies, good beer and plenty dog stuff - that's for sure!

oh.. I was hardly 80 kg back then   that was 10.. nearly 11 years ago. At that time I was equally concerned with looks (now I don't really care about looks). I only began to put on more meat about 7 years ago, when I started to apply Dorian Yates' training principles (high intensity), meaning sort but intense workout and PLENTY recovery. Although we're talking muscles, a lot of brain work is required if one wants to see results - goes the same in the MMA area.

The biggest energy consumer is the brain, so start thinking if you fell too fat! :D
