I agree with Thara that i would rather stay away from the element of risk, but then also, i consider wolves in the wild when they are lucky and hunt some gees or whatever.. also, Ben and Uzi used to hunt doves and eat them, they never had one tiny problem.

The risk still exists. By feeding the dog constantly with forbidden foods the risk to happen something wrong is high, in my oppinion. As it says, "accidents may happen" - about dogs who hunt pigeons or other birds but it's not recommended to feed the dog deliberate with forbidden foods.
The moment that you feed your dog deliberate and constantly with chicken bones or other dangerous bones, the risk to happen something bad increase.
I attach a picture with chicken bones, broken, to see how bad they look.

Thanks guys for the advise.

I have fed him raw meat from time to time mainly beef, chicken, kidney, liver and heart.

I will try chicken legs and see how he does. To be fair he has a good stomach and can digest most types of food.

I have been keeping my latest addition kinda quite. My brother with his family recently moved out into his new home and took Rocky with him.  He had been begging me for months and I finally gave in plus his kids had also taken to him.

We bought another pup from the same sire he is now 10 months called Rambo.  He is also old school type I will post pics of him soon once weather gets bit better and I work out how to do.

Looking forward to seeing Rambo, Zak.   I snapped up a couple of more pics today.  Y'all are going to get tired of Goku pics.  :)

Thanks you guys!!  Yes, just a matter of time I think!   You know Dani the first thing that struck me about Dino when I saw that video of him was when he was running sideways at the end...how big is neck and head was...looked like a big Rottie size head with that huge neck to go with it.  I think that will look good in black. :)

I think it may be the one that titled "old type gsd (DDR ype)" on utube and on your website.  It shows the sire Dino on a chain behind the fence.

By the way thats had over 2663 views!

It is an amzaing video of the sire.

Roger that part of the video also got my heart raising! especially when he walks round in a circle.  I must have paused it over 30 times admiring each movement and shape of the dog.

Zak, if you only paused it 30 times, I have you beat!!   From the first time I saw that video I've been blown away by that dog.  That to me is an incredible looking "old style" German Shepherd for sure.

The majority of GSD working dogs these days have finer coat.
The thicker coat gives the impression of a massive dog with thick neck, especially if it has a monster head like Titus Pohranicini straze...!

I think that will look good in black. :)

Roger you should check out ONYX AND THE BEES on you tube..
My new young dog Casso is going to be even more of a beast... :)

Goku will sure have the very big look about him..!
