John a optat pt pietris pe jos pt a-i tine in forma pe patrupezi, John spune ca daca mergi cateva minute pe pietris simti pe propriile picioare efectul.

John chose this type of ground because it strengthens the legs, if you walked on it yourself long enough, you would feel the effect of it.

Din ceea ce stiu eu, pietrisul este bun in padocuri (si nu numai) si pentru igiena, lasand pamantul sa respire.
From what I know, gravel is actually good in kennel runs (and not only) for hygiene purposes, allowing the ground to actually breathe.

pe mine m-au pus cateva elemente pe ganduri, pietrisul respectiv, gazonul artificial... am ceva de "tors" cand ajung acasa...

Chiar la asta ma gandeam si eu, sa fac cumva o "combinatie" intre gazon sintetic si pietris in curte, primul fiind deja pe lista sigura de cumparare in toamna asta.

I was thinking at the same thing, to make somehow a "combination" between the synthetic turf and gravel in the yard, the first is already on the list this fall.

I had gravel and it was pretty hard to clean it, now it put turf and I'm pleased. I don't understand this thing with the gravel.

Sunt curioasa cat va rezista gazonul. Eu am avut din cel mai rezistent, s-a facut praf, mi-au ramas 2-3 smocuri intr-un timp foarte scurt (asta in curte)!
Intr-un padoc, pus gazon, cred ca se face un noroi de toata "frumusetea" atunci cand ploua.

I'm so curious how much will the turf last. I had the strongest type of turf and in a very short period of time it was knocked!
Having turf into a kennel, I think that makes a whole "beauty" mud when it rains.

Intr-un padoc, pus gazon, cred ca se face un noroi de toata "frumusetea" atunci cand ploua.

cand ploua e bine dar cand se dezgeata primavara e nenorocire si daca mai ai si caine atomic e belea curata.Nu face-ti nici macar proba cu gazon in padoc(doar daca aveti catel de plus).

When it rains it's actually all right but when the spring comes and everything is melting it's a disaster, and if you have an atomic dog it's pure trouble. Don't even make a try with turf in the kennel (maybe only if you have a toy dog).

Eu ma gandesc la dale, pavaj. Nu am de unde sa stiu dar daca ar fi sa fac un padoc, cred ca pt asa ceva as opta.
