There is a video which was posted on line 10 days ago.. It shows a grieving dog (GSD) guarding its dead canine companion..
Filippovka, in the perm region of Russia.. Looks very old school and differant, Russians know how to breed there dogs...

The Russians kept the old type thinking and have not been that affected (YET) by the European FCI/SV mentality. BUT, even the Russians are now looking into using more show bloodlines and west working lines.

I guess the majority are being sheep and following all other's..Good to some degree i guess..
But there's got to be a handful of breeders who would focus on more traditional hard dogs..

That is exactly how I "dumped" the old school blood (Ben) because I was told "we need to do what the Germans do". Otherwise, today a Ben progeny would be by my foot...

Must be some K9'S around the area, Dani you mentioned some dog in the area, i think when you were walking Nala or some other time.. You said its tough 'old school' kind of dog.. Like to see that on video..
