Astar was a property protection dog, who's Sire was Armando Yonny 100% DDR male bred here in Australia..
The Dam's paternal side was west lines going back to Vello zu den Sieben-Faulen fairly close..
Astar is on Casso's maternal side multiple times.
Astar's grandson is the Bi colour "Igor" working back in the late 80's he is  4 - 5 Don Trafalaga 100% DDR to be imported into Australia in the 70's.. Igor is also on Casso's maternal side 6 times...(Von Forell Pamela) (Von Forell Vocho)
The Black n Tan dog "Munga" was of West lines and is fairly close on Casso's maternal side..
Balck n Tan dog "Boss" and the solid black "Kaiser" are close relatives of Onyx..
And the WILD BLACK CG in the crate is "Onyx"..
These dogs were basically at the beginning of dog training here in Australia in the 80's and early 90's..
No Sch training back then just 'old school' tecniques in a sense..

Dani looking for the video here on the forum which i would say its from You Tube..
The one of which a soldier releases a Bi Colour off lead and which then runs through long grass and water to find helper..
Its in this section of "As you were" whether its in the DDR or Working service section, i cant seem to find it..

I seen on Forum in this section i think "As you were" might of been Russian dogs..
Its a Bi Colour working with soldier out on field, looks like some old type footage, possibly 80's..
Chases helper through a swamp and brings him down, mits one of the better clips i seen which i wanted to save on my favourites...
