I have uploaded on you tube a clip of my first old school working GSD.
Rommel i owned until around 1993, i had him for 11 years.
His Dam came from Ex prison dogs and the Sire was a guard dog on a farm, who was a fairly serious dog that just gave you a stare that would make you look away and shit yourself, well i was only 13 years of age that time, so maybe thats why..

Mama lui provenea din fosti caini de la penitenciar iar tatal lui era un caine de paza la o ferma, a fost un caine foarte serios, care era destul sa se uite odata la tine si te facea sa-ti doresti sa fi in alta parte, ei bine, eu aveam doar 13 ani la acea vreme, poate si de aceea..

Yes very similar in body type and build, Rommel was around 10 years of age in this clip.
Have other video's uploaded which are some 'old school dogs' we had here in the late 80's and early 90's..
They are descendants of Casso multiple times on his maternal side..
