Nope, he did not get the job done. I didn't leave them together long. For one thing, she yelps when he enters her or starts to, even though she stands fairly good for him, so I am thinking it is still a day or two early. Another thing, I want him to think he only has a little time before I get him out of there, and so even though he was more proactive today, I want him even more so in the morning. He knows now he doesn't have all day. I'm getting tired guys. lol I want this done. I don't remember the last time I made a breeding with two completely inexperienced dogs.
If there is no tie before this weekend, and I think she is still in heat I will put Drago with her, maybe. Or maybe just let it go and try again in 6 months. But hopefully, I am just rushing things a little bit. Today is the first day that Jr and Riker (who are kenneled close to Brogan) have really gone crazy, so she's probably just now really ready. I will try again in the morning.
