Thanks, you guys.  In my lifetime I have bred  Dobermanns, APBT, American Bulldogs,  Neapolitan Mastino, AB/NEO Bandogs, Dutch Shepherd/Bandogs.

This will be my first German Shepherd breeding.  I think I've found my breed, finally.  I'm excited.

Nah, just old!
I've also owned some others I never bred, and liked some other breeds a lot that I never bred; Boxers, Airedales, Blue Lacys, Blackmouth Cur, Catahoulas, Bouvier des Flandres, etc.   I had a Rottweiler/Chow mix that was my only dog and an outstanding PP dog for 9 years when I had my own business, and he was always at my side, day and night.
I think the old man that had the 5 GSDs that starred in The Littlest Hobo must have put a spell on me when I was a little kid and spent the day with him and his dogs.  I've always wanted a great German Shepherd after that.

Not yet, we are getting together today.  I knew she wasn't going to be ready when we first put them together, but I wanted Brogan to get used to Lt. Mack a bit, and the yard in which I put them, also.  And wanted Brogan and Cato, for that matter, to get used to each other some since neither are experienced at breeding.....just in case it helped matters.

He is very thick looking in person and what you can't see in the pics from my cheap camera is how muscular he is.   What you also can't see is his commanding presence, he just exudes confidence.   I hope today is the day.  2:30am, and I'm up again like every night...thinking about dogs. lol   Crazy.
