As long as you get the type of dogs you need, I guess it's worth the effort...  :)
We all know that, despite all the big praises one comes across in forums and generally on the internet, not all the dogs are as "creamy" as in discriptions made by some. Getting good dogs (and I mean GOOD DOGS) is not easy these days, since breeding criteria has changed with time..
I for one hope the "old school" never dies. We need the "old school"!! (old school - genuine patrol gsd!)

Atata timp cat obtii tipul de caine de care ai nevoie, merita efortul..
Stim cu totii ca, in ciuda atator comentarii de lauda la atatia caini in forumuri, nu toti sunt de fapt atat de "auriti" cum sunt descrisi. Sa obtii un caine bun (si vreau sa zic un CAINE BUN) nu e asa usor in zilele noastre, tinand cont de modul de selectie care s-a schimbat in timp
Eu unul sper ca "scoala veche" sa nu piara. Avem nevoie de "scoala veche"! (a se citi "scoala veche" - cainii de patrula)

... yeah.. as anything else, dogs have become, more and more, a means of making money for many...
I am glad this dialog is found here, in India's topic, as I am setting high hopes that she will produce good pups. I am not a dreamer, I won't say they will all be "golden", but good, to say the least. This is not advertising, it's just my humble desire.

...da, ca mai toate, cainii au devenit, din ce in ce mai mult, cale de a face bani pt multi...
Ma bucur ca dialogul asta are loc aici in topicul Indiei, pt ca eu sper ca India va produce catei buni. Nu sunt un visator, nu voi spune ca toti vor fi "de aur", dar cel putin "buni". Asta nu e reclama, e o dorinta sincera.

Dux, daca-mi dai voie...
Ma intreb cati cunosc in profunzime etapele promovarii (cum trebuie) unui caine.. si cand spun asta ma gandesc la Dux si India, toti pasii parcursi ca India sa fie "apta" pt planurile noastre de viitor..
Dux a primit ceva "palme" fie de la genetica fie de la.. oameni..
