I guess that's true.. He's a Held grandson, do you know what sort of body size and weight Held had?
No size listed for any of the H litter vom Ritterberg

OK, I guess that means he was in the 35-40 Kilos range..
I would say that 38 - 40 kg when they were at 2 years of age..
It states that Held v Ritterberg was just medium tall, medium strong..
Bero vom Friedersdorfer Flur, passed onto Titus Pohranicni straze,Black and even Fatyma Pohranicni had this build which she puts most males to shame, with her overall strength..
Also if you look at Klocklow's Lex,Quai and Quindt vom Barutherland, have this type of structure..
I began to study the DDR lines initially mainly around the lines steming via Ex v Riedstern and Held v Ritterberg was in my eyes 'A CLASS'..! Its the head/body strength  and underchest development, with proportional height to weight ratio, which gives it an appealing look.. Every photo of Titus we have seen displays power...And am sure the power within was much more.....!

Quai scored a seven in his temperment, which means he is relaxed friendly and 'sensitive'..
What is meant by sensitive ???

I think it means "handler-sensitive". With some dogs you can work the hard way, kick along the way etc, other dogs are very good in protection etc but get easily "ofended" when handled somewhat harder. That is, if the handler is someone the dog is actually friends with.
I am not 100% sure but I think that's what it refers to.. I could be wrong..

Sounds right Dani to what i have read in the past.. For some reason i thought it might have to do with being sensitive to loud sounds or recieving strikes from helper when working...

Oh man she looked superb! A somewhat rather dry body but plenty strength in it  and the head and expression are quite special!

Based on some online readings, It sounds like most or many DDR dogs are like that (handler sensitive)... What can I say, I'd rather my dog was"handler sensitive" but a real fighter when dealing with an aggressor. Rather than a dog who can be kicked, hit etc during training, but backs off when the pressure level is high.
That's why I love a dog who has a true fight on the inside, regardless of other aspects, drive etc etc..

Here is another photo of Jass. I like the way he looked, in this one I say he actually resembles a lot with Held.

Beautiful dogs! Indeed diferent builds but very good looking, all of them. I would say that they all have that "oldschool" look on them.
