True.. in fact the remaining Don dogs are not all that good looking at all, most of them sable if I think about it. John's Enno is probably the only Don dog I find really impressive.

These days most are sable in colour and very very few are Bi colour, let alone good old DDR syle attitude.!
Bout to post some footage of DDR bred dog we had in Australia in the 80's//
Seriously hard kind of DDR dog..

Armando Yonny is the dog and can be viewed on PDB..
I've been attending the training sessions of these old school bloodlines for over 20 years and have met more of the well known breeders and enthusiast's in this time. This is genuine footage in the early 80's and tell you the truth the dog was extremely hard with a super grip, take note of how big the guy is throwing the dog around.. And he was after the helper and not the sleeve.. Shit footage but quality K9 doing his stuff for 'REAL'....!
