"There's a right time for everything in this life"
Easy to say when you most likely have twice as much of that time!!

I was just thinking about my wife's birthday coming up, she'll be 40. I thought, man, in 15 years she'll be 55, and then it hit me... I'll be 67 years old!! I don't have but one or two generations of dogs to watch grow from birth to be old by my side. Time is a blink of the eye.
So, to the point, if Brogan were to not produce, or not produce what I want (and I won't really know for two years about the latter), I am going to be raising another GSD female for two years before I know if it's breedworthy, to find out if she whelps or not. I have learned one thing in the past many years, and that is time is a funny thing when trying to establish a breeding program, because time drags waiting for results, but there are so many variables that can make things change in a split second. But I have researched and worked and I think Brogan (God willing) will produce and produce what I want. If she does, I am set. If not, another adjective comes to mind.
