 Ai si tu dreptate pe undeva!Dar cred ca se vede, miroase, daca ceva e in neregula.Eu raman totusi impotriva fierberii.

Sunt oase totusi si nu sunt depozitate de macelari in aceleasi conditii precum carnea. Ma tem de bacterii, asa ca prefer sa le oparesc macar putin. Si carnea de vita sau cucan o oparesc putin, doar pestele il fierb mai bine.

Citesc ce s-a spus pana acum si tot nu sunt convins ca administrarea suplimentelor de calciu reprezinta un plus pt cainele in dezvoltare. Multe din lucrurile care se spun in ziua de azi au gandire comerciala la origine. Daca prin 93 vet-ul imi spunea da-i calciu o luna (si atat, iar asta asa, preventiv) acum se spune pretty much indoapa-l cu calciu. Sunt pareri pro si contra, postasem undeva in topic un link cu un articol "anti" suplimentare cu calciu. Cainii de la tessa nu au vazut suplimente de nicio culoare si sunt tancuri toti. Eu analizez lucrurile dupa rezultate.

 Numai ca toti suntem "sfasiati" de ceea ce vedem si auzim de la acesti comercianti!Eu incerc sa trec prin filtrul mintii informatiile care imi sunt oferite, dar tot sunt tentat sa ascult de anumite recomandari venite de la specialisti.De exemplu, consider ca hrana industriala nu poate suplini produsele naturale si trebuie suplimentata cu carne cruda, orez, oua, legume, branza.Asa ca i-am facut catelusei mele o alimentatie care contine hrana industriala de doua ori pe zi plus o masa din orez fiert cu legume si  carne cruda.Orezul este inlocuit cu cas sau branza proaspata la 1-2 zile si tot la acest interval primeste un galbenus de ou.
 Pe de alta parte, nu m-am putut abtine sa-i administrez 10 zile de petphos grand chien(abia ieri am terminat).Recunosc pacatul, dar am considerat ca o fac preventiv...poate peste o luna ii mai dau inca 10 ziole!

I believe supplements can be of benefit if the dog is recovering from illness and/or if its a working dog on a farm looking after sheep for example..
As for the beef bones and other forms of calcium and protein, must be from a butcher that you can trust and have good friendship, to get clean odurless meat/fat bone.. Few of you guys spoke about bacteria...Want to ask a question ????
What happens when the bone is buried for a day or two, there would be some form of bacteria.. I personally dont worry too much about what Vet's and other companies promote.. Its all business BS !!!
Keep it simple with less fuss.. 80% Dry food with Omega Oil and 20% meat fat bone...
Most important IMO is always keep the dog slightly hungry...!

I don't intend to keep my dog 'bacteria free'. It's impossible for a dog raised outdoors (and unwanted). But if the dog can handle most of them, salmonella can be very dangerous, and this can be found in raw meat and eggs (duck especially). At lest this is what I knewed.

I don't intend to keep my dog 'bacteria free'. It's impossible for a dog raised outdoors (and unwanted). But if the dog can handle most of them, salmonella can be very dangerous, and this can be found in raw meat and eggs (duck especially). At lest this is what I knewed.

There's probability that dog deals with various bacteria in a life time and we may not even know it BUT, in the first two (or even three) years of life I believe a GS dog is somewhat sensitive and we need to pay attention to these "raw" matters.

Cred ca intr-o viata un caine are de-a face cu ceva bacterii, doar ca noi nu stim dar, in primii 2 sau chiar 3 ai de viata, un caine din rasa CG e ceva mai sensibil si de-aia cred ca trebuie sa dam o importanta anume cruditatilor.

Very thin chances that a bone actually gets to be buried, unless we're talking about a small breed dog  A beef bone's lifetime in Briska's sight lasts no longer than 2  hours (raw bone). She will work it non stop.

eu ii dau, de ce? de salmonella zici? pai i-am dat oua de la magazin, de la linie de productie adica, nu cred ca ar baga cineva pe piata oua cu risc de salmonella dintr-o fabrica, etc...banuiesc ca sunt niste controale periodice, niste verificari sanitare i-am dat lui Maya cate un galbenus de ou crud cu coaja cu tot la fiecare trei zile si daca ar mai fi in crestere inca doi ani, i-as da in continuare

eu folosesc in aceasta perioada pentru ca am inceput antrenamentul intens - welpen pentru Brita si Ara 3 respectiv 2 pe zi. Brina pentru are 3 ani am socotit gresit si nu am ajutat o. Astazi dupa 2 saptamani de antrenament intens a schiopatat motiv pentru care o sa o ajut si pe ea cu ceva. din pacate pentru ca a schiopatat azi, pierde minim 2 saptamani de antrenament.
