chiar daca vanatorii ( sa spunem) au avut legal conditiiile sa impuste un animal pe o anume proprietate, ei sunt convins ca au vazut ca e un caine si sunt si convins ca au tras in el din "amuzament". Cineva trebuie sa ii traga si pe ei la raspundere. La noi in tzara, multi din cei ce practica acest "sport" (pt mine vanatul nu va fi niciodata un "sport") sunt oameni de bani gata (politicieni, oameni de afaceri) si.. asa cum e pe la noi, au spatele 'asigurat', asa ca nu-si bat ei capul ca era cainele x sau y - din contra.
even if the hunters did what they did under legal terms, I am sure they were well aware they were targeting a dog, not wild animals and I am also sure they only did it for fun. In our country, most of those practicing this "sport" (I don't call hunting a "sport") are wealthy individuals (politicians, business men) and in a country like ours, they have their backs "secured" so they don't bother with what dog they shot when and where etc.. in fact the opposite, if anything. Sper ca vinovatii sa fie gasiti si sa raspunda in fata legii.
