Am privilegiul sa il cunosc personal pe John zilele astea si va trimit cateva cadre de aici de pe meleagurile lui. Dupa dialogurile cu John despre cainii DDR ma simt cu cativa cm mai intelept... Omul asta este un volum urias de informatie.. Ma bucur ca il putem cunoaste!
I have the privilege of knowing John personally these days and I want to share a few shots of the moments we spent over here where he lives. After talking to him I feel I am a few inches wiser... this man is a vast info resource.. i am glad we know him!

mai prezint un caine al carui nume l-am uitat partial, stiu doar ca e Eddie.. Un caine care mi-a placut foarte mult, e stra-nepot de Zorro, daca am retinut bine; o sa-l vedeti pe video ce impresionant este, cum i-a dat drumul a venit direct la poarta cu chef de scandal si l-a fixat pe un prieten de-al lui John, Dennis, un om foarte de treaba (dresor) si ii urmarea fiecare miscare de parca urma sa-i ia zilele
just to present another one of John's dogs, Eddie, this dog really impressed me, you will also see him on video, when he was released in the yard, he came straight to the fense like a true guardian, fixing his eyes on a friend of John's, Dennis - a fine dog trainer and very nice man. Eddie watched him like it was the end of the days
aici in spate, femela blak n tan e Ellie, intr-o ipostaza care o caracterizeaza foarte bine :rockon: cea din mijloc e o catea tanara din cuibul F, o catea cu o agresivitate naturala f buna si care nu a facut nici un strop de agitatie / agresivitate cu atentator etc..
the black n tan female in the background is Ellie, with a face that describes well her temperament. the one in the middle is a young bitch from the F litter, with very good natural aggression, though she has not had one drop of agitation sessions etc

Dani you must be over the moon to have met John and his bunch of super DDR K9's; man thats awesome stuff.. Eddie looks very unique in looks and seems to be 1 serious type dog.. I also see that John has a few dogs running around there, you taking 1 home by chance ? ;) Man i really would of loved to join you guys up there and experience the atmosphere of some DDR history, with a bit of tropical sunshine ofcourse, oh and not forgeting the beer and pizza.. ;) Cant wait to see some classic DDR footage..

La John am cunoscut si un dresor care il respecta mult pe John si care in prezent are o catea sura, frumoasa... tot de la John. cateaua are aproape un an daca am retinut bine si o puteti vedea in clipul de mai jos. Este o catea cu o doza buna de drive si care, desi prietenoasa cand a scos-o din cusca din masina echipata special, cand dresorul plecase de acolo nu mai era atat de prietenoasa si cand am trecut pe langa ea mi-a dat de inteles clar ca deja s-a rupt prietenia cu ea. Dupa ce a revenit in peisaj Dennis (dresorul), s-a refacut si prietenia.

Man i'm thinking your organising some shipment of 1 or maybe even 2 dogs... :) I was always wanting to see John's dogs in action motion, eagerly waiting to check it out.. The last video clip is the guy you met Dennis, who trains John's dogs if i'm correct..

catelul asta in prim plan, era cel mai guraliv si latrator la straini, o sa-l vedeti pe video, e absolut superb catelul! (cel negru din spatele lui e Hun) Cel pe care-l tine John pe carpa e cel mai masiv si are o priza "cleste". O sa-l vedeti si pe el pe video.
the pup in the close up is the "loudest" one in the bunch, barking at strangers, he is a superb pup, you will see him on video (the black one behind him is Hun). The one up on John's rag is the thickest and has a powerful bite, you will also see him on video.

Mi-ar fi placut sa poate veni si Dux, noi impartasim aceleasi ganduri cu privire la cainii CG, iar vizita lui John, respectiv sa-i vad cainii fatza in fatza, a fost ca o vizita inapoi in timp. cainii au lookul" celor din anii 80, 90.
I would have liked Dux to be able to come over too, as we share the same thoughts on the breed and this visit with John was like a trip in the past, the dogs have the old looks of the 80's and 90's.

facem ce putem dom Bobo. Eu momentul asta il astept de mai bine de 3 ani de zile.. in ce ma priveste, consider ca am facut un pas important si sper ca mi-am calculat bine pasii. Pana una alta, asta micu' intruneste calitatile pe care le caut la un CG si sunt multumit.

am mai aflat cate ceva despre cainii lui John azi dimineata de exemplu black n tan-ul de mai jos, este farte cu Enno, John ii spune Gange, daca am retinut bine. Cainele e super aportor si ia caramizi in gura sau alte "jucarii" de prin curte si le poarta in gura. Este un caine care la prima vedere nu te da pe spate cu ceva in mod deosebit, dar daca l-ai 'suparat", s-a rupt filmul... Intr-o vizita viitoare, am sa incerc sa prind "povestea" fiecarui caine de la John, in masura in care voi putea.
Well I found out a few more things today, take Enno's brother who John calls Gange if I remember it right, the black n tan in the picture below. he doesn't stand out with anything in particular at first sight and loves to fetch / carry different items, some of them rather heavy. But if you "step on his toe' the story takes a different turn. In another visit with John, I will try and get more stories about the dogs.

sunt si locuri mult mai frumoase, cum ar fi plaja din Sarasota care e renumita pt frumusetea ei, dar nu am avut timp de opriri pt poze. Dar in principiu da, lorida e foarte frumoasa! Drumul de la Tampa catre Miami are o portiune care se numeste Aleea Aligatorilor iar asta pt ca de fapt poti vedea aligatorii, literalmente, la strada. daca ramai fara benzina acolo, ai pus-o :grin:

Undeva pe saptamana viitoare. Sambata merg sa-l vizitez pe John, sper sa ma trag in poza cu Bo Jetta, daca Bodo Rosenzweig nu mai este, macara cu fiica-sa sa ma pozez.. :grin: Sa vedeti ce cap de Rott are :shocked: la 11 sau 12 ani cat o avea, se misca f f bine.
Sometime next week. I'm going to pay John a visit on Saturday, I hope I can get myself pictured with Bo Jetta, if Bodo is gone, I could at least get a picture with his daughter. She hass a Rottweiler-like head and at her age she moves like an athlete.

Astazi mi-am mai cumparat o carte, eu citesc FOARTE mult, apreciez lectura in mod deosebit. Ma plimbam prin librarie, ma uitam la carti... si la preturi, iar gandul care mi-a trecut prin cap a fost : "Si ne miram ca suntem o natiune de inculti si agramati?" Sunt preturi foarte mari la carti...iar daca nu mi-ar placea atat de mult sa citesc si nu as cunoaste importanta cititului, nu as da atatia bani pe ele... Din pacate, nimeni nu ajuta cu nimic nici pe partea asta... lectura joaca un rol esential in viata omului, sau ar trebui! Vad o gramada de oameni care habar n-au cand se scrie ati si cand se scrie a-ti, care nu stiu ca spuneti, mergeti etc nu se scriu cu cratima, la fel cum nici imi si iti ... iar exemplele cred ca pot continua la nesfarsit. Cluburile rulzzz ! :rockon: Trist! :violin:
P.S. Mai bine postam la off topic, dar daca tot se discuta aici de "natiune" ... :grin:

well we paid John another visit so here are a few pictures. Rose, John's mother treated us like kings, just as before, waiting for us with pizza and cheese cake
M-am pozat si eu cu Bo Jetta, John o tine sub observatie pt ca e batrana si nu se stie cate zile mai are.. Cateaua e un tanc, foarte zdravana (la urma urmei e mama lui Enno). Am fost atent pt ca, desi parea f prietenoasa la prima vedere, in momentul in care am luat-o de zgarda si-am tras-o spre mine sa ma pozez cu ea, s-a uitat la mine asa.. mai "dragalas" :cheesy:
Got myself pictured with Bo Jetta, John keeps a close eye on her as she is coming of age.. She is a tank, very well put together (after all she is Enno's mum). At first she is very friendly but when I grabbed her by the corral and pulled her towards me for a picture, she turned her head towards me and gave me "the look" :cheesy:
